1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and business customers. Consumers are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The product presentations in our online shop are non-binding and merely constitute an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order through our website, you make a binding offer to purchase.
A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory value-added tax, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
The available payment methods (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, credit card) are displayed at checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.
4. Delivery and Shipping
The goods are shipped from Italy and Germany via reliable shipping service providers.
Delivery times within the EU: 3 to 7 working days. International: 7 to 14 working days, depending on customs clearance.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the EU
Consumers within the EU have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing by email or letter. You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
6. Returns and Exchanges
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal: We will gladly arrange an exchange, provided the desired size is available. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer; we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange item.
Returns must be in an unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded and will remain with us, unless the customer requests return shipping at their own expense.
7. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Our liability is limited to intent, gross negligence, and essential contractual obligations. We are not liable for indirect damages, unless these were caused by intent or gross negligence.
These limitations of liability do not apply in the event of injury to life, body, or health.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country of residence remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction for business customers is Hanau, Germany.
10. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Taxes and Duties
All prices are quoted in Euros and include the German VAT of 19 per cent, where applicable. Orders within the EU include the corresponding VAT.
For orders outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, and Canada, no VAT is charged.
Such orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or local charges upon arrival. These are determined by the relevant authorities and must be borne by the recipient. We do not collect or control these fees and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing an order.
12. Limitation of Order Quantity
To preserve the exclusivity and artisanal quality of our limited collections, a maximum order quantity of three items per customer and order applies.
Orders exceeding this limit may be adjusted or cancelled at our discretion.
