At INCENTIVE design GmbH, every order is prepared with care and shipped from Germany using trusted carriers. Below you will find details on our shipping process.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the European Union and to selected international destinations.

  • If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@incentive-cashmere.com and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Delivery Times

  • Within the EU: approx. 3–7 business days.

  • International deliveries: approx. 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Within the EU:

    • Orders over €350 qualify for free shipping.

    • Orders under €350: shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • International deliveries (outside the EU):

    • Shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

    • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Please keep all original packaging in case an inspection by the carrier is required.

7. Shipping & Duties

All orders are shipped from Germany.
Prices displayed on our website include German VAT (19%) for deliveries within the European Union.

For shipments outside the EU — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, and Canada — no VAT will be charged at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any import-related costs are not included in your order total. We recommend checking local customs regulations for estimated charges before placing an order.
