Return & Exchange Policy

At Incentive Cashmere, every piece is crafted with care in Italy. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it in line with the conditions below.

1. Exchanges

  • If the size you ordered does not fit, we will be happy to arrange an exchange, provided the requested size is available.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

2. Returns

EU customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

  • Items returned that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise your withdrawal right, please notify us in writing (by email or post) and send the goods back to us within 14 days. You may use our Withdrawal Form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original order.

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of the order are non-refundable (unless the goods were faulty).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., worn garments, damaged goods, or goods returned without tags) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • If we receive an item that is worn, damaged, washed, or without original tags, the return will not be accepted.

  • In this case, the item will remain with us, and no refund will be issued.

  • Customers may request the item to be shipped back to them at their own cost.
