After long-term collaborations with internationally known designers like Umberto Ginocchietti, Joseph London, Jean Paul Gaultier, Chloé, Victor Victoria, Krizia and many others, 14 years ago he decided to found his own label “INCENTIVE!cashmere“. His collections reflect many years of experience, a strong and unique identity and his favor for best quality standards. Thus INCENTIVE!cashmere designs are trendy, timeless and modern at the same time. Our goal is to be able to offer you our magnificent products at a good price. By doing this we exclusively manufacture the best in Italy into refined long-haired cashmere with a staple length of 2/28000. This cashmere is very unique and therefore has very high quality. The decisive advantage of this type of cashmere is that our models always stay in form (wearing comfort) and that our models merely become more beautiful through grooming. The production only takes place on hand knitting machines; various models are also manufactured in pure manual work as individual items. Therefore, it is a „Value for Money“ and a product with a unique standing position in the market.
At the same time, we live up to our social responsibility by keeping our cost structures slim and rewarding the craftsmanship of our manufacturers fairly.

Equally important for us is listening to our customers needs. Therefore, we strongly value the exchange with our customers and are prepared to create custom-made models. A few seasons ago we upgraded INCENTIVE!cashmere on multiple customer requests to a total-look-band. In addition to fantastic knitted goods our label INCENTIVE! also presents clothing from Antonio Fusco. These are leather stretch leggings in Velours and Nappa, silk stretch blouses and shirts with an outstanding rib. The colors of the models are perfectly matched and can, therefore, be excellently combined. Everything in the best quality – Made in Italy.
